FAQ

Is this an official race with verified results?

No. StrideBoard challenges are self-reported distance challenges. There are no official results, no prizes, no rankings beyond this site's leaderboard, and no sanctioning body. It's a personal-motivation format.

How do you verify my miles?

We don't. Logging is honor system โ€” you type in your kilometers after each run; there is no GPS, no Strava sync, no verification. We say this plainly because the leaderboard is only as honest as the people on it. A 100-logs-per-day spam cap exists to stop abuse of the system, not to enforce honesty.

What is the finisher medal?

A digital certificate image generated with your name, challenge, and logged distance once you reach the goal. You can download or print it. The preview page shows a labeled SAMPLE so nobody mistakes it for an earned medal. No physical medal ships โ€” nothing to lose in the mail.

How does entry activation work?

After you create your entry and pay the $12 entry (card via Stripe or Bitcoin), your entry is activated manually within 24 hours. Only activated entries can log miles and appear on the leaderboard. We'll contact you at the email you provided if there's any issue.

What's your refund policy?

Full refund before your entry is activated โ€” just ask. After activation, refunds are handled case by case (injury, site problems, etc.). Email indiemarketingarsenal@proton.me with your entry ID. Full policy โ†’

Can I walk / treadmill / use a wheelchair?

Yes. Distance is distance โ€” any self-powered movement counts, logged honestly.

Do you show my email anywhere?

No. Emails are used only for activation contact and are never shown on the leaderboard or any public page.

Who runs StrideBoard?

An Indie Marketing Arsenal micro-product. Brand-new site โ€” no fabricated users, testimonials, or revenue claims anywhere.
